Turning into a Gibson Girl

During the late 1800 to the early 1900, this was the "in" look:

The image on the left is the more "sporty" look, for those walkabouts on the beach, lawn parties, the afternoon croquet match, etc... The image on the right is the more formal look. And the center image is the quintessential image of the Gibson Girl.

So for my friend Greg's Birthday Croquet Tournament, I have created the sporty Gibson Girl outfit for myself to wear. But since I don't have the long hair anymore to create the hair look, I am gonna try to pin it up and stuff it under a hat.

Once I get the hat and shoes, I will post pictures of the complete outfit.
