Lake Park, Georgia

Well about 45 minutes ago we crossed the Georgia state line and officially left Florida. HURRA!!! So we decided to stop for a night and found a nice Days Inn with wireless. We are right now in near Valdosta, GA.

The kitties faired great on the entire drive out of Florida with only a few minor meowing protest here and there. We left our Madeira apartment around 11:30 only because we had to wait for the damn landlord to show up with my deposit, go cash it, and then finally proceeded to load Felixx's truck onto the flatbed. I was sooo anxious to get that check and get the fuck out that I was shaking. Good bye to that crap hole of an apartment.

Sidenote: While loading the truck there was a lady that came by the apartment complex looking to rent our apartment. We basically told her not to because the place was termite infested and the place was a POS. She most likely did not rent that place and rented the place next door where our friends live.

Okay, enough of this. Time to go cook dinner.

Yes, I am cooking dinner in a hotel room. I have a portable kitchen set up in a gaint suitcase; pots, electric burner, bowls, chopsticks, and everything else in between need to cook. Yeah, it rules.
