Recently I found out that only in Japan are people who are hearing impaired allowed to drive. Everywhere else in the world it is illegal and a criminal offense to drive if you are deaf or at any level hearing impaired.
Well all I have to say about that is this... Deaf/hearing impared drivers would probably be the safest drivers in the world because they would be the only ones NOT ON A FUCKING CELL PHONE when they are behind the wheel.
