I discovered a huge growth protruding from the side of my beloved pet mouse this morning. Since I have seen this so many times in animals that I work with, I know what the growth is and the inevitable has arrived. She's finally developing cancer tumors because of her genotype.
So I had to put her to sleep.
I don't think I am gonna have another pet rodent for a while.
Gonna miss watching you run on your spinning disk Maddie...
